Job Summary
Develop bedside nurses through evidence-based practice while serving as an educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant, and researcher. Support professional role development and foster empowerment to achieve excellence in nursing care. Create adult education courses and apply simulation techniques to enhance clinical skills. Requires a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nursing, Washington RN license, BLS certification, and three years of specialty clinical experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing or actively enrolled in program, projected completion 18 months from date of hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years related clinical experience in area of specialty
- Adult Education – course development
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in nursing core specialty upon hire
- Formal educator experience
- Leadership experience
- Simulation (high-fidelity and low-fidelity experience)
