Nurse Educator Operating Room

Maintain clinical competence and serve as a role model by delivering direct, indirect, and consultative patient care in the PreOp/PACU and Endoscopy GI areas. Design, plan, coordinate, and evaluate formal education programs based on staff needs, while collaborating with management on orientation and preceptor selection. Lead performance improvement and research initiatives by analyzing data, initiating projects, and incorporating findings into clinical practice. Provide in-service training, mentor staff and students, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
