Job Summary
Nurse Educator (RN) to provide education and support to prenatal and postpartum clients via teleconferencing; coordinate with OB/GYNs, primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community agencies to deliver care per Substance Use Disorder Program guidelines; develop and document assessments, refer to community resources, connect members with Value Added Benefits, contribute to case management meetings, and support KPI achievement. Requires TN- or compact-licensed RN, graduation from an accredited RN program (associate, diploma, or BSN), and 3+ years in obstetric/women’s health/psychiatric/behavioral health/NICU nursing. Compensation $33.65-$36.05 per hour; remote work option available in TN locations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the state of TN or have a compact license
- Graduation from an accredited RN program (associate degree, diploma or BSN)
- 3+ years of experience with obstetric/women’s health/psychiatric/behavioral health/NICU nursing
- Basic computer proficiency, teleconferencing, and being able to type and navigate a Cloud-based environment
