Job Summary
Develop and coordinate educational programs for the orientation and workforce development of staff within the Department of Nursing. Foster a climate of life-long learning, promote organizational values, and support creative and critical thinking to facilitate change, open communication, and professional growth. Evaluate educational initiatives and cultivate collaborative relationships that encourage adult learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years current clinical and/or educational experience in Nursing
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of Critical Care RN work experience
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Applicants who are currently enrolled in a graduate program will be considered with an agreement to complete graduate degree within two years
