Job Summary
Nurse Educator – Critical Care leading unit-based education, supporting staff development, and promoting high-quality, patient-centered care. Serves as a clinical and educational resource, supporting orientation, competency validation, and ongoing learning for critical care teams. Partners with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and patient safety. Provides direct patient care as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 3 years RN experience
- At least 3 years Critical Care experience (Cardiac preferred)
- Professional certification in a clinical or education specialty
- Professional organization membership
