Job Summary

Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across all territory locations by conducting site visits, audits, and observation rounds to identify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plans. Directly manage Lead Clinicians through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews while building leadership capability for scalable clinic-level performance. Deliver hands-on clinical training for new hires and existing staff, support treatment rollouts, and evaluate skill gaps to ensure operational readiness. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by verifying credentialing, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness, escalating risks promptly. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs and assess candidates for clinical competency in high-volume environments. Requires active RN license (NP or PA preferred) with 3–5+ years of clinical experience, extensive travel up to 100%, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site field environment. Compensation ranges from $60–$80/hr with additional earning potential through performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • NP or PA license
  • 3-5+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
  • Strong clinical judgment
  • Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)

  • Not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
  • Not under active corrective action
  • Minimum of 6 months of tenure with the company
