Job Summary
Drive consistent clinical execution across multiple clinic locations by conducting site visits, audits, and observation rounds to identify performance gaps. Directly manage Lead Clinicians through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and structured improvement plans while delivering hands-on training for new hires and existing staff. Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence by verifying credentialing, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness. Monitor clinic readiness, staffing coverage, and clinician availability, stepping into treatment support when needed to align with patient demand. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs and partner with HRBPs on talent decisions. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and escalate risks promptly. Requires active RN license, extensive travel, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- NP or PA license
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
Desired Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform treatments as needed
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform administrative responsibilities, including reporting and documentation
- Good standing with the company
- Not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Not under active corrective action
- Minimum of 6 months of tenure with the company
