Job Summary
Drive consistent, high-quality clinical execution across multiple South Florida locations by managing Lead Clinicians, conducting site audits, and reinforcing protocol adherence through real-time coaching. Own clinical safety and quality while overseeing performance management, succession planning, and talent development for the clinic team. Deliver hands-on training for new hires, support new clinic openings, and conduct interviews to assess clinical competency for hiring needs. Monitor clinic readiness, step into treatment coverage when required, and escalate operational or compliance risks to leadership. Requires active RN license, 3–5+ years of clinical experience, and up to 100% travel across the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- NP or PA preferred
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
