Job Summary

Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across multiple clinic locations by conducting regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds. Directly manage Lead Clinicians through performance management, development, and succession planning while providing indirect oversight to broader clinician teams. Deliver hands-on training for new hires and existing staff to support onboarding, treatment rollouts, and skill gap remediation. Monitor clinic readiness, staffing coverage, and clinician availability, stepping into treatment coverage when operations require support. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by verifying credentialing, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs and assess candidates for clinical competency in high-volume environments. This field-based role requires up to 100% travel across North Florida, GA, and AL, with a salary range of $60-$80/hr. Candidates must hold an active RN license with 3-5+ years of clinical experience and demonstrate strong coaching and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • NP or PA license
  • 3-5+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
  • Strong clinical judgment
  • Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
