Job Summary
Drive clinical quality and safety across multiple clinic locations by conducting regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds to identify performance gaps. Manage and develop Lead Clinicians through 1:1s, coaching sessions, and structured improvement plans while delivering hands-on training for new hires and existing staff. Own clinical readiness for new openings, support treatment rollouts, and step into coverage when staffing needs arise. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, verify credentialing accuracy, and escalate operational risks proactively. Conduct clinician interviews to support hiring decisions and partner with HRBPs on talent development. Requires active RN license (NP or PA preferred), 3–5+ years of clinical experience, and up to 100% travel across North Florida, GA, and AL. Compensation ranges from $60–$80/hr with healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- NP or PA license
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
