Job Summary
Drive consistent, high-quality clinical execution across multiple clinic locations by conducting regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds. Manage and develop Lead Clinicians through performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning while reinforcing clinical standards via real-time in-field training. Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence by identifying performance gaps, implementing improvement plans, and verifying credentialing and documentation accuracy. Support new clinic openings with readiness checks, clinician interviews, and post-opening stabilization while stepping into treatment coverage when needed. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety standards by escalating risks promptly and sustaining corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- NP or PA preferred
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
