Job Summary
Provide nursing services to promote the physical health and well-being of Dallas College students within an integrated care model. Deliver health services including vaccinations, first aid, health counseling, and outreach as part of the Dallas College Student Care Network. Lead health center operations by employing data-informed initiatives and utilizing integrated software systems to ensure high-quality daily clinical services. Respond to issues in a dynamic educational environment while maintaining confidentiality regarding students and employees. Work extended hours beyond the regular 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. workday, including nights and weekends during heavy registration peak times.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
- Official transcripts
- Three (3) years of related nursing experience
- Current and valid Texas driver's license
- Current Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Official licenses
- Ability to work extended hours beyond the regular 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. workday especially during heavy registration peak times including nights and weekends
- Regular and predictable attendance
