Job Summary
Nurse Coordinator role coordinating calls with patients and caregivers interested in clinical research participation. Responsibilities include making/receiving calls, assessing eligibility based on study requirements, documenting interactions in the system, following approved scripts and procedures, applying active listening, escalating issues, and completing required training to maintain compliance. Requires an active LPN license, 3–5 years of professional experience (clinical experience preferred), strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), a quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and comfort with multiple digital systems. Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required (U.S.-based credentials preferred)
- Previous call center or telenursing experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience; clinical experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Reliable access to a computer with high-speed internet
- High proficiency in using online systems, tools, and technology
