Nurse

Nurse role in a Colten Care home focusing on delivering high-quality elderly care within an integrated clinical team. Leads and participates in clinical decision-making, with emphasis on wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, venepuncture, catheterisation, and other essential nursing interventions. You will work with student nurses and TNAs, under the guidance of Senior Clinical Leads and a Clinical and Quality team, contributing to resident well-being and the organization’s care philosophy of “All About Me.” Opportunities exist for career progression toward Senior Nurse and Clinical Lead roles, supported by ongoing training, revalidation support, and access to e-learning modules and clinical skills updates.
