Job Summary
Lead as a unit-based clinical resource and educator by managing staff development, orientation, onboarding, and competency tracking. Drive quality improvement through training, clinical improvement activities, and patient/staff education while supporting established standards of care. Serve as a role model for clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and practice. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Georgia RN license, two years of RN experience, and two years in the clinical specialty. Must hold BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred. Works 3 PM to 11 PM with no weekend or on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
