Nurse Clinician - Oncology Clinic

Nurse Clinician in an outpatient Oncology and Hematology Clinic provides phone triage, scheduling emergent-need appointments, patient follow-up and education, and serves as a subject matter expert for hospital RNs. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team, participates in care coordination, assists with procedures, and supports patients through long-term treatment processes. Maintains ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification and demonstrates organized, team-oriented patient care focused on education and improving patient outcomes.
