Job Summary
Nurse Clinical Leader Orthopedics Acute who provides leadership and clinical expertise on the unit, oversees staffing and resource management, mentors and evaluates staff, drives quality and safety initiatives, and supports bedside RN care across the shift through assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; requires RN license, BSN (or plan to obtain within four years), and BLS, with strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage staffing, competency development, performance reviews, and governance in an acute Orthopedics setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified)
- Registered Nurses (RNs) hired or promoted into this role must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of the hire/promotion date
