Nurse, Clinical responsible for direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards; promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates on illness/injury management and medications, participates in patient safety and regulatory compliance, develops and documents individualized care plans with the interprofessional team; requires RN license and a nursing diploma/associates with potential preference for <2 years experience; safety-sensitive position.
