NURSE, CLINICAL

Provides direct patient care activities in Oncology, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards; promotes patient and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and home care needs, and ensures communication of the plan of care across the care continuum; participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development; requires RN license with Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and may involve safety-sensitive responsibilities.
