Job Summary
Clinic Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations of the WIC, FRHS, and HIV Counseling and Testing programs, supervising the Outreach Coordinator and staff, developing policies to comply with state and federal mandates, coordinating quality assurance with the WCHR Director, providing direct client care within WIC, FRHS, Immunization and HIV programs, recruiting and training staff, conducting annual reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating grants and required reports, assisting with program budgets, and contributing to clinical quality improvements. The role requires RN licensure (active) and prior nursing and supervisory/managerial experience, with proficiency in electronic health records and knowledge of CLIA licensing.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure (active)
- 1+ years of nursing experience
- 1+ years of supervisory/managerial experience
- Knowledge of electronic health records
- CLIA licenses kept up to date
