Job Summary
Field Nurse Case Manager covering Twin Falls, ID and surrounding areas. This is a home-based position with travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various locations (up to 2 hours one-way). Responsibilities include medical case management of work-related injuries: assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation; coordinating with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees; and monitoring progress and reporting results. Requires current Idaho RN license; bilingual Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license required. Flexible hours tied to travel and appointments; 28 hours/week with potential adjustment to 40 hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho
- Experience in case management of workers comp cases, preferred
- Recommended certifications strongly preferred; will need to obtain within two years of hire date
- Skills: organization and timeline adherence, PC and technology, written/verbal/interpersonal communication
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
- Skilled at patient education
- Valid driver’s license, and good driving history
- Bilingual - Spanish strongly preferred
