Nurse Case Manager - Twin Falls, ID

Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the Twin Falls, Idaho area and surrounding locations. This home-based role involves travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other sites for medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. You will work with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, monitoring progress and reporting results. Requires RN license in Idaho; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Travel up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip) for appointments; 28 hours per week with potential transition to 40 hours in the future. Strong organization, communication, and technology skills; ability to operate autonomously; patient education skills; valid driver’s license.
