Job Summary
Accept cases for referral and management in accordance with Minnesota Rules, then counsel, direct, and motivate consumers to reach their highest level of function. Establish relationships with injured workers, families, providers, carriers, and employers while ensuring culturally sensitive communication and strict confidentiality. Implement and document progress toward rehabilitation plans, completing accurate written reports per state standards. Assist the sales/marketing team by developing customer relationships to build caseloads and secure repeat business. Manage approximately 25 files requiring daily contact and reporting within specific timelines using advanced case management software. Requires a current MN RN license, Minnesota QRC certification (or completion of the internship), two years of direct clinical experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time hybrid role with salary range of $85,000–$93,000.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN
- Valid driver's license, and good driving history
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people on a daily basis utilizing both verbal and written communication
- Flexibility, versatility, and problem solving
- Technology proficiency
- Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution/negotiation skills
- Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer (required for casework referred from Accounts requiring accredited case management)
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Minnesota Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) preferred
