Job Summary
Coordinate medical care and facilitate communication between injured workers, physicians, employers, and claims professionals to advocate for the best possible outcomes. Spend approximately 80–85% of your week traveling within your assigned territory to meet with injured workers and co-attend their medical appointments. Complete documentation, coordinate care, and communicate with providers, employers, and claims professionals during the remaining time. Requires an active California RN license, ASN, and background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, or Neurology. Join a team supporting local, state, and federal agencies in the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets.
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- ASN
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned service area
- Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and care coordination skills
