Job Summary
Field Nurse Case Manager covering Panama City and surrounding communities (Marianna, Chipley, Destin). Home-based with travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations to manage work-related injuries, performing assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. Collaborates with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees; heavy emphasis on autonomous work, organization, and timely communication. Requires an active Florida RN license, experience in workers’ compensation case management, and travel readiness within the designated Gulf Coast area. The role is full-time with potential hours increasing from 30 to 40 weekly and salary adjusted accordingly; benefits include health insurance, retirement matching, PTO, and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Florida RN license
