Job Summary
Field Nurse Case Manager position based in Panama City, FL with coverage of surrounding communities; home-based role requiring travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and related sites. Primary duties include medical case management for workers’ compensation, coordinating assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; collaboration with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, and employers; strong organizational, communication, and patient-education skills; requires FL RN license and travel capability. Role is full-time with salary range $59,280–$63,960 for 30 hours/week with potential for 40 hours, plus benefits and growth opportunities; travel up to two hours one-way (four hours round-trip) to sites within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Experience in case management of workers' compensation cases
- Preferred certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) with REQUIRED within two years of hire
- Skills: organization, timelines, PC and technology proficiency, communication (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
- Patient education skills
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving history
