Nurse Case Manager/Operations

Job Summary

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation files by coordinating treatment plans with injured workers, physicians, and attorneys while evaluating recovery barriers and facilitating return-to-work planning. Oversee daily administrative workflows, assign new referrals, and monitor reporting deadlines to ensure exceptional client service and timely communication with insurance carriers, employers, and healthcare providers. Represent the organization at industry conferences, support recruiting and onboarding, and assist leadership with policy implementation and operational improvements. Requires an active RN license with 3+ years in case management and ability to travel locally.

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Nurse Case Management experience preferred
  • Experience in workers' compensation case management strongly preferred
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or willingness to obtain certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems
  • Ability to travel locally for field case management and client meetings as needed
