Job Summary
Nurse Case Manager to cover the Minneapolis / St. Paul area responsible for consultation, development and implementation of rehabilitation plans for injured workers, coordinating with claimants, carriers, employers, and providers; maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Minnesota rules; produce timely written reports; use case management software; support sales/marketing to build caseload; require MN RN license; QRC preferred; driving and ongoing licensure requirements; 2 years of direct clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN
- Registered Minnesota Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) preferred
- Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer
- Valid driver’s license
