Job Summary
Nurse Case Manager position covering the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Responsibilities include consulting, developing, and implementing rehabilitation plans; working with injured workers, claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to support return-to-work goals; maintaining confidential communications; preparing timely written reports; ensuring rehabilitation plan progress; and supporting sales/marketing activities to grow caseload. Ideal candidates hold an RN license in MN, with two years of direct clinical casework experience; Minnesota QRC certification preferred or eligible for internship. Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with a case management software solution, are essential. Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN
- Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer
- Professional licenses or certifications must be current and in good standing to practice within a state or territory of the United States
- Valid driver’s license and good driving history
- Minnesota QRC internship if not yet registered; Minnesota QRC certification preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Minnesota RN license (unencumbered)
- Registered Minnesota Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) preferred; internship if not yet registered
- Two years of direct clinical experience with consumers/casework
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with case management software and reporting standards
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with providers, employers, and carriers
