Job Summary
Full-time Nurse Case Manager to cover the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Responsible for the consultation, development, and implementation of the rehabilitation plan. Works independently to assist injured workers/consumers in their recovery so they may return to work. Engages with the injured person, the claims examiner, employer, attorneys, and medical providers; completes accurate and timely written reports; ensures rehabilitation plan implementation and progress documentation. May assist sales/marketing to build caseload and develop relationships with customers for repeat business. Requires RN license in MN; QRC preferred (internship offered if not yet registered). Requires two years of direct clinical experience; valid driver’s license; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; strong time management, organization, problem solving, and independent work skills. Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN
- Registered Minnesota Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) preferred; if not yet registered, complete a Minnesota QRC internship
- Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer (required for casework referred from Accounts)
- Professional licenses or certifications current and allow for practice within US
- Valid driver’s license and good driving history
