Job Summary
Nurse Case Manager position covering the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Responsibilities include counseling, directing and implementing rehabilitation plans, maintaining confidential communications with injured workers, families, providers, and carrier/employer stakeholders, completing timely written reports, ensuring rehabilitation plan progress, and assisting the sales/marketing team to develop caseload. The role requires independent work, Minnesota regulatory compliance, and the ability to build solid relationships with customers for repeat business. Qualifications include an active MN RN license, potential QRC certification (or internship eligibility), 2 years of direct clinical experience for casework, current/ unrestricted licenses, and valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN
- Registered Minnesota Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) preferred. Candidates not yet registered must complete a Minnesota QRC internship, provided by Paradigm.
- Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer (required for casework referred from Accounts requiring accredited case management).
- Professional licenses or certifications required to meet qualifications for this position must be current, unrestricted and allow for practice within a state or territory of the United States.
- Valid driver’s license, and good driving history
