Job Summary
Nurse Case Manager to cover the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, responsible for consultation, development, and implementation of rehabilitation plans; works independently with injured workers/consumers, coordinating with claims examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers; builds and maintains relationships with consumers, families, providers, and carrier clients; prepares timely reports compliant with Minnesota rules; ensures rehabilitation plan progress; supports sales/marketing to grow caseload; requires RN license in MN and preferred QRC certification; 2 years direct clinical experience and valid driver's license; strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; hybrid work arrangement typical for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN
- Registered Minnesota Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) preferred or must complete Minnesota QRC internship if not yet registered
- Case Managers may need regional or national certifications
- Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer (required for casework referred from Accounts requiring accredited case management)
- Valid driver’s license, and good driving history
