Nurse Case Manager - Fredericksburg, VA

Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Fredericksburg and surrounding communities (Alexandria, Dumfries, Chantilly, Ashburn) with field/home-based responsibilities and travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations. Responsible for medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees; aims to manage catastrophic cases when needed. Requires RN licensure in VA (and DC within 30 days) and ability to operate autonomously with strong organizational, communication, and technology skills; travel up to 4 hours round trip. Beneficial certifications include CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC with a two-year window to obtain. Valid driver’s license and good driving history are expected.
