Job Summary
Emergency Department RN Case Manager with hospital-based experience, responsible for coordinating discharge planning, assessing medical necessity, and supporting timely discharges for post-surgical patients. Requires strong clinical background, case management skills, and critical thinking; eligible for benefits package and 100% FTE scheduling (four 10-hour shifts from 11:00am–9:00pm with weekend/holiday rotation). Supports collaboration within a multidisciplinary team; preferred Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare field and ACMA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or another jurisdiction in the Nurse Licensure Compact
