Job Summary
Assess Community First Health Plan members to ensure access to necessary healthcare services and help them regain optimum health or improved functional capacity. Coordinate care delivery in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Maintain current RN Texas License and three years of acute care or managed care experience. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as a Professional RN within a hospital affiliated health plan.
Required Qualifications
- Three years acute care experience or managed care experience
- Current RN Texas License
