Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. Utilize the nursing process to model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Maintain state licensure as a Registered Nurse with at least six months of experience and Basic Life Support certification. Work full-time, 72 hours per pay period in day and night rotations, earning an additional $1,600 quarterly for night shifts. Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- any relevant life support certification as determined at position level
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
