Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle in MedSurg 3: Gen Surg-Trauma. Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide care for patients requiring registered nurse licensure in Georgia, with BLS certification and one year of hospital experience preferred. This part-time night shift role (7pm-7am) offers a sign-on bonus and specialty differential at Piedmont- ATHENS, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Bachelor?s degree
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
