Job Summary
Assess consumer mental health, substance abuse, and medical status; develop and implement treatment plans; and coordinate recommendations with the Medical Director and clinical staff. Monitor and report symptoms, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform physical examinations, and treat consumers in Ambulatory Detox or Crisis services. Supervise less skilled nursing personnel and lead multidisciplinary teams while instructing families on health education and prevention strategies. Maintain clinical records, progress notes within 72 hours in ShareNote, and ensure adherence to confidentiality and accreditation standards. Complete required training sessions and participate in program refinement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Current Georgia Licensure at an LPN/RN level
- Must meet and maintain educational requirements as required for ongoing licensure
- Must adhere to ethical guidelines established by the State Licensure/ Certification body, as well as, NADAAC Code of Ethics
Desired Qualifications
- Certification at CAS, CACII, CCS, and/or CADAAC II level
