Job Summary
Ensure the highest standard of care and services are provided to patients and families by acting in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination, teaching, and support to the care team, including patients, family members, and interdisciplinary team members within a collaborative environment. This part-time temporary position requires 3-5 years of recent Home Care nursing experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or nursing diploma. The incumbent must be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and possess basic communication, interpersonal, leadership, supervisory, conflict resolution, and computer skills. The role involves taking initiative and remaining flexible, with scheduled hours potentially reduced during statutory holidays.
