Nurse B - Clinical Nurse Educator

Ensures all work is in alignment with the organization's missions, goals, values, and strategic plans to promote high quality, safe client care. Establishes and maintains unit orientation, in-servicing and other educational programming; assesses learning needs; acts as a clinical resource; promotes client and family centered care; participates in committee work as assigned; participates in continuous improvement activities; develops and maintains client and staff resources. Incumbent functions as a member of the interprofessional clinical team to promote effective delivery of client care, including regular direct communication and input from the unit manager(s) of Nursing.
