Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Educator (Nurse B) leads and supports education and orientation initiatives to promote high-quality, safe client care. Responsible for assessing learning needs, planning and delivering clinical training and educational programming, acting as a clinical resource, and collaborating with interprofessional teams to maintain best practices and improve patient and staff resources. Requires strong communication, self-direction, and experience in program/resource development within a Saskatchewan Health Authority setting. Eligible for recruitment/retention incentives; location: Fort Qu'Appelle, SK, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)
- Three (3) years experience in the specific clinical area
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
