Nurse Assistant - Neuro Progressive (Full-time, 7pm-7am - Nights)

Assist nursing staff with patient hygiene, vital signs documentation, ambulation, meal services, and medication transport. Perform clerical duties including data entry and order entry while maintaining departmental supplies. Transport sealed medication trays for crash cart exchange as needed. Work under close supervision of a licensed nurse to support patient quality, safety, and regulatory goals. Spend 90% of time standing or walking with lifting up to 50 lbs, with 10% office time. Full-time night shift from 7pm to 7am. CPR certification required within 90 days; acute care experience preferred.
