Job Summary
Nurse Assistant responsible for assisting nursing staff in patient care under supervision, including basic hygiene, obtaining vital signs and documenting in the EMR, aiding with ambulation/mobility/transport, assisting with meals, transporting medications and blood products, and providing clerical support duties such as data and order entry. Requires CPR within 90 days and a high school diploma or GED. Role is full-time night shift (7 PM–7 AM) at Fayetteville, AR campus; 90% standing/walking with up to 50 lbs lifting, exposure to body fluids and disease; hospital setting with culturally diverse patient population.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Licensure and Certifications: CPR required within 90 days
- Experience: Previous experience in an acute care setting, preferred
