Job Summary
Nurse Assistant for Neuro Progressive unit (Full-Time, Nights 7P-7A). Under close supervision of a licensed nurse, assists the nursing staff in caring for patients, contributing to patient quality of care and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with basic hygiene, obtaining vital signs and documenting in the EMR, aiding with ambulation and mobility, assisting with meals, transporting medications and blood products, and providing clerical support (data entry, order entry, supplies). Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED and CPR within 90 days. The role involves standing/walking up to 90% of the time and exposure to body fluids, radiation, and communicable diseases; work is conducted in Fayetteville, AR at Washington Regional Med. Ctr. (72703).
