Job Summary
Administers and monitors anesthesia across procedures including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management; determines and communicates the plan of care to patients and families; inducts, maintains, and monitors anesthesia; completes anesthesia and emergence; transfers care to appropriate staff; may perform as clinical instructor for anesthesia students; requires active CRNA and RN licenses in the state of practice; adheres to CARE principles and safety standards; located in Aberdeen, SD with day shift and weekend call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Board of Nursing, active license in state of practice (Upon Hire)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing, active license in state of practice (Upon Hire)
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - NBCRNA
- Commitment to CARE values and safety regulations (CMS, The Joint Commission, DHHS, OSHA)
