Job Summary
Provide locum tenens support at a Level 1 Trauma facility covering Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 5:30 pm. Perform anesthesia for general surgery, obstetrics, epidurals, spinal, trauma, neurology, regional, orthopedics, and minimal pediatrics cases. Maintain an active Nebraska Medical License, BLS, ACLS, and NBCRNA certification while working exclusively with local clinicians. Utilize Epic for electronic medical records. No malpractice history or background issues are permitted. AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice insurance and handles travel, lodging, and transportation needs.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthist (CRNA)
- Active Nebraska Medical License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate
- NBCRNA National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Association certification
- Must be able to work with students
- Local Clinicians only
- No malpractice history
