Job Summary
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia services in a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia across patient acuity levels. Responsibilities include preanesthesia assessment and evaluation, developing and implementing anesthesia care plans, selecting and administering preanesthetic medications and analgesia, airway management (including invasive/non-invasive approaches), monitoring and supporting patients intraoperatively, assisting with emergence and postoperative recovery, and supervising Anesthesia Techs. Requires advanced practice RN licensure (CRNA), a Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia, current CRNA certification/licensure, and at least one year of CRNA experience. The role is located at The Orthopedic and Spine Hospital (TOSH) with a day shift; sponsorship is not available. Performs duties in accordance with state laws and institutional policies and participates in ongoing professional development.”,
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia by date of hire
- Current CRNA license or CRNA Licensure by date of hire
- One (1) year of CRNA experience
- Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists by date of hire
