Nurse Anesthetist CRNA

Conduct anesthesia care across diverse case mixes including orthopedics, general surgery, vascular, bariatrics, GYN, cystoscopy, and obstetrics within a collaborative environment featuring strong Anesthesiologist–CRNA relationships. Operate with high autonomy once oriented and established, supporting a team at seven anesthetizing locations with an efficient, predictable workflow. No trauma, cardiac, or neuro cases are included in the scope. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $272,500 annually, plus a $100,000 bonus, call pay, and comprehensive benefits including student loan forgiveness eligibility. Work within MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology, the largest employed anesthesia group in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. region, delivering outstanding care to patients across 10 hospitals and hundreds of ambulatory sites.
