Job Summary
Complete classroom training and clinical studies to pass the NYS Nurse Aide Training test and become a Certified Nurse Aide. Provide care to residents under supervision, assist in admissions, and transport residents between departments as needed. Recognize and report changes in resident conditions, document daily care assessments, vital signs, and intake/output data, and participate in nursing reports and conferences. Maintain resident confidentiality, follow infection control procedures, and attend required in-service education. Work full-time days with a minimum of one year long-term care experience preferred.

- Frequent grasping, hearing, repetitive motion, standing, talking, walking, visual acuity (color, depth, perception)

- Occasional extreme temperatures, noise, odors
- No travel
