Job Summary
Conduct hands-on training for the 120-hour Pennsylvania State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program, covering activities of daily living, vital signs measurement, infection prevention, and documentation. Prepare candidates for the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification Exam and assist with resident therapies and appointments under licensed nursing staff direction. Schedule includes Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM over 3-4 weeks. Successful completion requires passing the exam, accepting a full-time second-shift position every other weekend, and maintaining certification for six months to qualify for $500 bonuses.
